As a person with sedentary lifestyle reaches middle age, lung tissues tend to grow less and less elastic and lung capacity decreases.

Benefits of Pranayama breathing, teaches you to change the depth, rate and pattern of breathing. Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands on healing through which a “Universal Energy” is said to be transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient in order to encourage emotional or physical healing.

A session is usually 60 to 90 minutes long. A discussion will usually take place during an initial session with a Reiki Practitioner. They will describe the session to the client, give the client an opportunity to discuss any particular problems or issues they are experiencing and ask them what they are hoping to achieve from their session.
